Frequently asked questions

The questions students and parents ask us most. Can’t find yours? Ask us directly.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. Your first consultation is completely free, with no obligation. We assess your profile and give you honest, realistic options before you decide anything.

Which countries can you help me apply to?

We support study destinations across Europe, the UK and Ireland, North America, Australia and New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East — including Germany, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Singapore, Japan and many more. If you are considering somewhere else, just ask — we likely cover it too.

Do you specialise in Germany?

Yes. Germany is our area of deepest expertise — including its low and no-tuition public universities, the APS certificate process for Indian students, the blocked account, the student visa and the 18-month post-study work visa.

Do I need IELTS to study abroad?

For most English-taught programmes, yes — IELTS or an equivalent test is usually required, though some universities offer exemptions. We tell you exactly what your shortlisted universities need.

How much does it cost to study abroad?

It varies widely by country and university. Some destinations, such as Germany’s public universities, charge little or no tuition. During your consultation we give you a realistic, country-by-country picture of tuition and living costs.

Can you help with scholarships and education loans?

Yes. We guide you on scholarships you may qualify for, and on education loans — both collateral and non-collateral options — including eligibility, documents and timelines, plus forex and blocked accounts where needed.

How long does the whole process take?

It depends on your destination and intake, but most students begin several months before their target intake. The earlier you start — especially for steps like Germany’s APS certificate — the smoother it is.

What is an APS certificate?

The APS (Akademische Prüfstelle) certificate verifies the authenticity of your academic documents and has been mandatory for Indian students applying to Germany since November 2022. It is required before your university application and visa, so we help you start it early.

What documents will I need?

Typically your academic transcripts and certificates, passport, language test scores, a statement of purpose, CV, letters of recommendation, and financial documents. The exact list depends on your country and universities — we give you a precise checklist.

Do you help with the student visa and interview?

Yes. We prepare your visa file end to end — documents, financial proof and forms — and run mock interviews so you walk in confident and well prepared.

Will you help me find accommodation?

Yes. We guide you on finding safe, affordable student housing near your campus, so a place to live is arranged before you travel.
